Do me a favor and vote on this bug. All that requires is that you have a MS passport ID. It’s a bug in Visual Studio 2008 that I get, and suposedly they won’t offer a full patch until Octobor. Here’s hoping a few more votes in the issue tracker will speed things up:

Yes, that’s true a fix is available. But hotfixes aren’t necessarily supported. Would rather have an official fix, Windows Update style, or bundled w/a SP. Especially when I have to roll this system out to 30 machines.
They’re planning a SP in the next couple of months with the TR1 update. Why can’t they bundle it then? Why are they talking about October?
