I feel your pain. My first Call to Microsoft PSS (and kb890859) - Another good story… Read all the comments too. Microsoft employees are starting to realize why programmers laugh when they hear, “Oh just call Tech Support”, or “Call MS Support, they’re great!” I love blogs, and the blog culture at MS. It shows that, hopefully, the employees can change things for the better from the *inside*. They have a much better chance of actually changing something rather than just you are I.
