Nanaca Crash

Monday, February 28th, 2005

This game is a bit odd, but really cool! It’s like a mix between Street Fighter and Artillery. hehe.

Nanaca Crash

I got a score of 1419.77. But I know I could do better. Keep trying things after you launch, there’s a bunch of moves you can do.
Update: 2119.43

NoName Game #1
This game requires a whole lot more patience than I have right now. I got to the spinning circles before I gave up.

Ball Game

Yet another cool Ball Game. This one is Ball Revamped.
I achieved level 45 before I fell asleep.

Cool little util to try out, WinDirStat. Gives you a neat little graphical look at how files are spread out on your hard drive. You might find a 2 gig file hiding somewhere on your desktop that you didn’t know about. :)

The Bugs are Coming!

I got to level 13.

Quirky little “game”. Must click from start to finish in the precise order, or else you gotta start over. It can be done, trust me!

- thanks Regina!

Moebius Syndrome

Friday, February 11th, 2005

This is a great game. I haven’t quite worked out the strategy yet, but I’m sure it’s there somewhere. It’s very hard!

Moebius Syndrome
My best score, 142.

The Keyboard is your friend

Friday, February 11th, 2005

Here’s a post lamenting the fact that the keyboard doesn’t get the respect it deserves. I hate the mouse. I only use it when I absolutely have to. Follow the links this one refers to and there’s even more good stuff. If you’re like me, you’ll really relate to these guys.

There’s some good quotes in here that I love:

“I view the mouse as an optional computer accessory”

“A mouse? C’mon. That’s so teenage girls can pick emoticons in AOL Instant Messenger.”

“Some people swear by certain “classic” soviet-era 10-pound keyboards”

“I’m just saying that my Tab,Tab,Tab,Enter will beat your Click,Tab,Alt-F,O,Click,Double-Click, more often than not “

“… reach for the mouse, almost select the text, almost select the text again, finally select the text they want, go to the Edit menu, choose Copy…”
